Bernie Rivers has dedicated his career to protecting communities and leading law-enforcement professionals. His experience spans more than four decades and includes executive leadership, professional standards, and statewide operations.
After rising through the ranks, Bernie retired as Director of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s Division of Law Enforcement. He is running for Orange County Sheriff to bring accountable, professional, and community-focused leadership to the office.
